Nova Row Consulting ("NovaRow," "we," "us") is a consulting business based in Southwest Florida that builds AI automations, websites and local marketing systems for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through novarowconsulting.com and related communications, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
The short version: we use your information only to respond to you and to provide the services you ask for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Information collected automatically: like nearly every website, our hosting provider receives basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect the pages you visit, how long you stay, how you arrived (for example, from a search engine or a link) and general device and location information (city or region, not your exact location).
We don't intentionally collect sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, health records or financial account numbers through our website. Please don't send them to us through our forms or chat.

We may also disclose information with your direction or consent (for example, when you ask us to connect a tool or work with another vendor of yours); for legal reasons, if required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, property or the safety of others; or in a business transfer, if we are merged, acquired or sell our assets, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. When you first visit, our site asks whether you accept analytics cookies.
Do Not Track: some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there's no common standard for these signals, our site doesn't respond to them differently. Instead, analytics cookies load only if you accept them in our cookie banner.
The chat on our website is an AI assistant, not a person. Your messages are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate replies; under Anthropic's commercial terms, these messages aren't used to train its AI models. We keep a transcript of each chat conversation, which is emailed to our team and stored in our CRM (HubSpot), so we can answer your questions, follow up when you ask us to, and improve the assistant. If you share your contact details in the chat, we also save them with your conversation so we can follow up. AI replies can occasionally be inaccurate; anything about scope, pricing or terms is confirmed in your written proposal. Please don't share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your inquiry, appointment or project. We send marketing texts only if you've agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
Mobile information, including your phone number and text messaging opt-in consent, will never be shared or sold to third parties or lead generators for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We email you about your inquiry and, if you become a client, your project. If we ever send marketing emails, each one will include a clear way to unsubscribe, and we'll honor your request promptly.
When we build websites, automations or marketing systems for a client, those systems may process information about the client's own customers. In that role, we act on our client's behalf and follow their instructions and our agreement with them. If you're a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business directly about your information.

Residents of California and some other states may have additional rights under their state's laws; we'll honor them as those laws require.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy: to respond to inquiries, deliver and support services, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When it's no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
We use reputable service providers, encrypted (HTTPS) connections, secure storage of keys and passwords, and access limited to the people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects you, as required by law.
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
We're based in the United States, and our service providers store information primarily in the U.S. By using our site, you understand that your information will be processed in the U.S.
If we make changes, we'll post the updated policy on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we'll also add a notice on our website.
